1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders customers place with Chez Woof through chezwoof.ch. Before submitting an order, customers actively tick the checkout checkbox to agree to these terms and the cancellation, return and refund policy.
2. Seller
The seller is CHEZ WOOF Mario Moscoso Valdivia, a sole proprietorship based in Zürich. Registered business address: Bleicherweg 64a, 8002 Zürich, Switzerland. Shop premises: Schlossgasse 3, 8003 Zürich. UID: CHE-195.279.462. Commercial register number: CH-020-1107598-6. Contact: info@chezwoof.ch, +41 44 974 16 84. See our Legal notice.
3. Products and offers
Chez Woof sells selected natural snacks and delicacies for dogs and cats. We act as a reseller and do not manufacture the products ourselves. Shop illustrations and descriptions are non-binding; the information listed in the shop at the time of the order is decisive.
4. Formation of the contract
Product listings are an invitation to order, not a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we accept the order by email confirmation or by dispatching the goods.
5. Prices and payment
All displayed prices are final customer prices in Swiss francs (CHF). Once our VAT registration takes effect, legally payable VAT is included in these prices and is not added at checkout. Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. For payment on delivery, the purchase price is payable when the order is delivered.
6. Delivery and shipping costs
We deliver within Switzerland. The minimum order value for delivery is CHF 29.90. Delivery is free of charge. The final total is displayed in the basket and at checkout before you place your order. Delivery takes 2–4 business days.
7. Cancellations and returns
Our Cancellations and returns applies. It explains cancellation before handover to the carrier, voluntary returns within 14 calendar days, and the procedure for incorrect, damaged or defective goods.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. For justified defect claims, we offer, at our choice, repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
9. Liability
We are liable under the law for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. As our products are intended for animals, customers must assess suitability for their animal, for example its size, chewing behaviour and any intolerances, and consult a veterinarian if in doubt.
10. Privacy
Information about personal-data processing is available in our Privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The version published on the website when the order is placed applies.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). To the extent permitted by law, jurisdiction is at Chez Woof’s registered office.
